We started out in 2010 as individual traders working across London, and in 2026 we brought that work together as Emergency Repairs London Ltd.
Our Story
We began in 2010 as individual traders, taking plumbing and emergency call-outs across London under our own names. In 2026 we incorporated as Emergency Repairs London Ltd (Companies House no. 17120057), so every job is now invoiced by and paid to the company.
The principles haven't changed since we were sole traders. We've maintained the same principles throughout: do the job properly, be honest about costs, and treat every customer's home with respect. The bulk of our work is 24/7 emergency plumbing in London, with specialist teams for boiler repair and blocked drains running alongside.
