Quick Answer

Commercial plumbing for London businesses means the pipework, appliances and compliance obligations you encounter in offices, retail, restaurants, pubs, salons, clinics, hotels, schools and active construction sites — not the same problems a domestic plumber deals with. We provide 24/7 emergency response on 0207 046 1363, fixed-price repairs from £180 + VAT, scheduled PPM from £350/month + VAT and monthly account billing across all 32 London boroughs, with a 60-minute target response inside zones 1-3.

Why commercial plumbing is different

Commercial plumbing is not domestic plumbing at a bigger scale. The pipework runs at higher pressure (typically 3 to 5 bar on a commercial mains feed versus 1 to 2 bar in a house), the bore is larger (32mm and 42mm common where a house runs 15mm and 22mm), and the materials cope with loads that would overwhelm residential fittings. A commercial kitchen grease trap sees in a week what a domestic sink sees in a decade. An industrial water softener on a hotel rising main has to regenerate every 48 hours to keep up with bathroom demand.

The trading-hours pressure is the second big difference. A house can go three days without a working tap and the family manages. A restaurant cannot close for three days without losing its week's revenue and half its weekly repeat customers. Every commercial plumbing decision is shaped by the question of how fast the business can be back to trading, which is why our engineers carry the parts that fit the common commercial fit-out suppliers, why we price in writing before we start, and why we run a 24/7 rota so the timing of a failure does not dictate the timing of the repair.

Commercial legal duties are the third. The Water Industry Act 1991 sets obligations for how a non-domestic property connects to and discharges into the mains water and sewer system. The Workplace (Health, Safety and Welfare) Regulations 1992 require suitable and sufficient sanitary conveniences and washing facilities for every employee. Beyond that, sector-specific rules apply: the HSE Approved Code of Practice L8 on legionella (HSG 274 in practice) requires hot water storage above 60°C and cold water delivery below 20°C at the outlet; commercial gas work falls under CP42 rather than CP12; and food-service sites face Environmental Health inspection against grease-trap, backflow and water-quality standards that domestic plumbers rarely encounter. We work to all of these as standard, and the paperwork we issue matches the format EHOs and facilities auditors expect.

Sectors we cover

Commercial plumber repairing a restaurant grease trap blockage in central London

Eight commercial sectors make up the bulk of our London account work. Each has its own recurring plumbing issues, its own compliance expectations and its own trading-hours constraints. We run engineers trained on the specifics of each — a restaurant grease trap is not a hair salon backwash is not a school WC is not a hotel en-suite is not a Cat-A construction-site mains intake. The summaries below cover what we see most often on site.

Offices and shared workspaces

Small to medium offices, shared workspaces and serviced office buildings from Clerkenwell to Canary Wharf. We cover washroom taps and cisterns, kitchenette sink and dishwasher feeds, water coolers and chilled drinking taps, and the urinal flush systems that fail quietly until the cubicle floods. Typical repeat calls are failed float valves on mains-fed cisterns, kitchenette drain smells caused by dried-out bottle traps in rarely-used sinks, and blocked urinals from limescale build-up on 10mm flush pipes. Out-of-hours response means we attend before the morning commute so staff arrive to a working washroom.

Restaurants and cafés

Full-service restaurants, cafés, takeaways and dark kitchens across Soho, Shoreditch, Borough Market and Canary Wharf. Grease trap blockages are the single biggest callout — a trap left past its empty schedule solidifies the outflow line in days. We also handle dishwasher waste trap failures, combi-oven steam feed pressure drops, pot-wash sink leaks and cellar drainage backups. Weekend and overnight slots are standard so we can work between service windows. Every visit is logged against a job reference your head office can reconcile against the property file.

Retail and shops

Single-unit shops, chain retail and shopping-parade units. For retail, a failed staff toilet or a leaking shopfront tap means customers leave and revenue stops — response matters more than almost any other sector. We attend to WC and urinal breakdowns, hand-wash station compliance (a legal requirement under the Workplace Regulations 1992), stockroom sink leaks, and the frost-prone external tap lines that crack in January. Our fixed-price repairs cover most walk-in situations inside two hours, and we carry the parts that fit the common retail fit-out suppliers.

Pubs and bars

Pubs, wine bars, cocktail bars and late-night venues. Cellar drainage is the defining plumbing issue: a blocked cellar floor gulley turns a wet clean into a flood within minutes of wash-down. We clear cellar drains, repair beer-line leaks where the copper feed meets the coupler, replace cellar cooler water-supply solenoids, and service the mains-fed pre-rinse taps at the glasswash. For the upstairs side we handle hotel-style en-suites in pub accommodation and the kitchen plumbing that runs off the same rising main as the bar.

Construction sites and fit-outs

Active construction sites, Cat-A and Cat-B fit-outs, shell-and-core upgrades and tenant refurbishments across central London. CHAS-approved on principal-contractor schedules, fully RAMS-documented for site induction. We handle temporary site welfare hook-ups, new mains intakes from the highway boundary, large-bore copper and MDPE risers, soil-stack alterations, and the BS 6700 commissioning paperwork the main contractor's handover pack needs. Out-of-hours mains shutdowns coordinated with the building manager so trading tenants are not disrupted.

Hair salons and beauty

Hair salons, barbers and beauty clinics from Notting Hill to Islington. Backwash basin drainage is the recurring problem — long hair combined with conditioner builds a near-solid plug in the trap that plunging cannot shift. We clear basin traps, replace quick-boil under-counter water heaters when the thermostat fails, service thermostatic mixing valves on the basin taps (required under HSG 274 where staff and clients share), and repair the pumped-waste systems many salons fit because the basin runs below drain level. Response target 90 minutes so a Saturday client chair is not lost.

Dental and medical practices

Dental surgeries, GP practices, private clinics and minor cosmetic surgery rooms. Specialist waste traps, amalgam separators and thermostatic mixing valves on clinical hand-wash basins all have manufacturer-specified service intervals. We service amalgam separators to the ISO 11143 schedule, repair chair suction drainage, and carry out the annual TMV service required to maintain HTM 04-01 compliance. Gas-related work (autoclave gas feeds, medical-grade air lines) is coordinated with our Gas Safe side. All paperwork issued matches the CQC inspection format your practice manager files against.

Hotels and B&Bs

Boutique hotels, B&Bs, serviced apartments and small hotel chains. En-suite clusters on a single riser create complex balancing problems — a hot-water ring main that is 10 seconds too slow to deliver at the top floor turns into a bad review. We rebalance ring mains, trace and repair en-suite leaks between floors, repair bath overflow and shower tray waste failures (the most common cause of ceiling damage to the room below), and replace worn-out mixer cartridges in bulk so a 40-room refurb runs to schedule. Overnight attendance standard so guest rooms are back in use by check-in.

Our commercial plumbing services

London office plumber replacing a cistern in a shared workspace washroom

Eleven core services cover almost every commercial plumbing call we take. For anything outside this list — specialist medical gas lines, industrial steam systems, large-scale boiler plant — we will either quote the work directly or introduce a specialist we work with. See also our blocked drains, leak detection and CCTV drain survey pages for full-depth detail on those services.

24/7 emergency repair

Dispatch within minutes of the call, target 60 minutes inside zones 1-3 and 90 minutes to zones 4-6. Engineers carry isolation gear, burst-pipe repair stock, WC spares and drain-clearance tools so most emergencies are made safe on the first visit. Fixed first-hour price quoted before the engineer sets off.

Commercial drain clearance

Rodding, hand-augering and high-pressure jetting of commercial foul and surface-water drains. Restaurant grease-line blockages, retail WC soil-pipe blockages, pub cellar gulley backups all handled same-visit where access permits. For persistent failures we follow up with CCTV and root-cutting.

Leak detection

Non-destructive leak detection on commercial pipework using acoustic correlation, thermal imaging and tracer gas. Suitable for concealed leaks in suspended ceilings, raised floors, and behind tiled walls where exploratory cutting would close the business for days. Full report issued for insurance trace-and-access claims.

Mains intake and rising main upgrades

New mains intakes from the Thames Water boundary box into the building, rising main upsizes for change-of-use refits (typically 25mm to 32mm MDPE), and meter pit installations to MOSL non-household meter standards. WRAS-approved components throughout, with the commissioning certificate and pressure test record issued for the building file.

Tap and cistern replacement

Commercial-grade tap and cistern replacement for high-use washrooms. We fit non-concussive taps, sensor taps, timed-flow push-button taps, low-flush concealed cisterns and urinal flush controllers from the approved Water Regulations Scheme (WRAS) range. Parts stocked from the main commercial fit-out suppliers.

Tap and shower installation

New tap set and shower installations for washroom refurbishments, kitchenette fit-outs and hotel en-suite projects. All work carried out to WRAS and BS EN 1717 backflow prevention requirements. Thermostatic mixing valve commissioning certificates issued where the specification requires.

Commercial water heater install

Under-counter and wall-mounted water heater installation for kitchenettes, staff kitchens and pantry areas. Point-of-use heaters from 10 to 100 litres, instant boiling-water taps and quick-boil units. Flow rates, electrical supply and discharge arrangements specified to match the use case.

Pipework alteration and large-bore copper

Pipework alteration and re-routing during tenant fit-outs, refurbishments and extensions. Copper, MDPE, plastic push-fit and stainless steel as specified. Large-bore copper repairs (28mm, 35mm, 42mm and 54mm) on heating risers and hot-water flow returns priced on application after a scoping visit. Isolation and re-commissioning coordinated with building management so water-down periods fall outside trading hours.

Commercial unblocking

Commercial WC, basin, sink and urinal unblocking. Sanitary waste, paper towel blockages and fatty food debris handled with the correct tools — electric eel for 50mm to 100mm lines, high-pressure jetting for 100mm-plus foul runs. Most unblocking jobs completed within the first-hour rate.

Jet-Vac drain cleaning

High-pressure Jet-Vac cleaning for blocked main sewers, interceptors and commercial grease lines. The combined jetter-and-vacuum approach lifts debris in the same pass rather than pushing it downstream. Booked as one-off emergency attendance or on a scheduled preventative cycle. See our full tanker service below.

Annual compliance check

Annual commercial plumbing compliance audit covering legionella temperature monitoring (HSG 274), backflow prevention tests, WRAS fittings verification, thermostatic mixing valve service, and water quality sampling where relevant. Full written report issued against your compliance file, suitable for EHO inspection.

Call 0207 046 1363

How it works — from call to invoice

Five steps from first call to issued certificate, with time estimates measured across our 2024-2026 commercial job records. Every step is documented on the digital docket so the audit trail matches the EHO, facilities and insurance paperwork your business needs.

1

Call dispatch

0-5 minutes

Speak to a real dispatcher on 0207 046 1363 — no IVR menu, no overseas call centre. Tell us the site, the symptom and whether you have an account; we confirm the engineer's ETA before the call ends and send the engineer details by SMS.

2

Engineer attends

60-90 minutes

Engineer arrives in branded uniform with photo ID. Signs in at reception, follows the site induction if one is required, and locates the fault. Most emergencies are made safe within the first 30 minutes on site.

3

Fixed quote

15-30 minutes after arrival

If the fix is not a first-hour job, you get a written fixed quote on a digital docket before any further work starts. PO numbers and job references captured against the docket so the invoice reconciles cleanly.

4

Repair and test

Varies by job

Work carried out to BS 6700 and Water Regulations 1999. Pressure tests, flow-rate measurements and TMV commissioning recorded on the docket where the spec requires it. Site left clean with waste removed under a transfer note where applicable.

5

Invoice and certificate

Same day to 30 days

Itemised invoice issued within 24 hours, certificate (TMV, backflow, legionella check) within 48 hours. Account holders billed monthly with VAT breakdown matching your Xero, QuickBooks or Sage import format.

24/7 emergency commercial response

When commercial plumbing fails, the cost of downtime is almost always higher than the cost of the repair. A flooded retail unit loses a day of trading; a restaurant with a broken grease trap loses evening service; an office with no working washroom sends staff home. Our response model is built around getting to site fast and making the business safe to carry on trading while the repair is completed.

Response targets are measured, not advertised. Across 2,400 emergency jobs last year we averaged 58 minutes arrival inside zones 1-3 (Westminster, City of London, Kensington and Chelsea, Camden, Islington, Hackney, Tower Hamlets, Southwark, Lambeth, Wandsworth, Hammersmith and Fulham) and 84 minutes across zones 4-6 (Ealing, Haringey, Greenwich, Lewisham, Brent, Merton, Barnet, Bromley, Croydon, Enfield, Harrow). The dispatcher confirms an arrival window before the call ends, and updates by text if traffic changes the ETA. Landline 0207 046 1363 is answered by a real person 24/7.

While you wait, the single most useful thing you can do is isolate the water. Every commercial unit has an internal stopcock — usually in the plant room, under the kitchen sink, or in the meter cupboard — and closing it stops further damage while we travel. If the leak is on a hot feed, isolate the cylinder or combi-boiler supply at the gate valve on the cold mains into the unit. If electrics are affected, isolate at the consumer unit. Photograph the scene if the damage is significant enough that your insurance may get involved; timestamped photos strengthen any future trace-and-access claim.

On arrival, the engineer's first job is to minimise downtime. For a split pipe that means a push-fit isolation and a scheduled come-back to rebuild properly. For a blocked drain during service hours that means a temporary clear and an overnight Jet-Vac to finish the job. For a failed cistern in a single-WC retail unit it means a same-visit replacement with a WRAS-approved unit from van stock. Every decision is made with the trading-hours question in mind.

Pricing — transparent commercial rates

London commercial plumber writing a fixed price quote before starting a restaurant kitchen repair

Commercial clients buy certainty, not the lowest hourly rate. The table below shows the time-banded hourly rates and the fixed-fee items we use across 2026. Monthly account holders pay no call-out fee on scheduled work — the labour rate starts from when the engineer arrives on site, which typically saves 20 to 35 per cent against ad-hoc bookings across a year of repairs. Standards, certifications and compliance

Commercial plumbing pressure test against BS 6700 commissioning standard at London site

Commercial plumbing is regulated by a denser body of standards than domestic work. We work to all of the following as standard and issue the relevant commissioning, test and audit paperwork at handover. The standard names below appear verbatim in EHO, facilities and managing-agent inspection schedules — every record we issue is structured to match.

BS 6700

Design, installation, testing and maintenance of services supplying water for domestic use within buildings

The core British Standard for non-domestic water service design. Covers pipe sizing, material selection, pressure and flow design, separation from contamination sources, commissioning and disinfection. Every commercial installation we hand over carries a BS 6700 commissioning record.

WRAS / Water Regulations 1999

Water Supply (Water Fittings) Regulations 1999

Statutory requirement that all fittings and materials in contact with wholesome water are approved by the Water Regulations Advisory Scheme (WRAS). Backflow prevention to BS EN 1717 fluid categories 1-5 specified at every connection between mains water and a downstream system.

CHAS approved

Contractors Health and Safety Assessment Scheme

Pre-qualified contractor status on the Common Assessment Standard. Required by most London principal contractors, managing agents and local-authority frameworks before any site work can be booked. CHAS certificate provided on tender request.

HSG 274

HSE legionnaires' disease control guidance

The HSE's practical guidance on Legionella control in hot and cold water systems. Mandatory temperature logging (>60°C hot, <20°C cold), TMV servicing, deadleg removal and infrequently-used outlet flushing all covered. Logbooks maintained against your PPM file.

BS EN 806

Specifications for installations inside buildings conveying water for human consumption

European standard set used alongside BS 6700 for material specifications, pressure testing and commissioning. Particularly relevant to large-scale fit-outs and new-build commercial installations.

BS 8558

Guide to the design, installation, testing and maintenance of services supplying water for domestic use within buildings

The companion guidance to BS EN 806 — practical guidance on materials, installation methods and commissioning specific to UK building practice. Replaces parts of BS 6700 in newer specifications.

Monthly account billing for London businesses

A monthly account replaces the cycle of paying, chasing receipts and reconciling individual job invoices with a single itemised invoice on the first working day of each month. Each line on the invoice carries your purchase order, job reference and property address in whatever format your finance team imports into Xero, QuickBooks, Sage, FreeAgent, Qube or MRI. For multi-site businesses we group lines by cost centre so the finance team can allocate recharges without a manual split.

Opening an account takes a short credit check (Experian commercial) and a completed account application form. 30-day terms are standard; 60-day terms available for established portfolios trading with us more than 12 months. VAT breakdowns appear on every line, with the VAT-inclusive and VAT-exclusive totals shown at the foot of the invoice. Consolidated invoicing saves 4 to 6 hours of finance-team time per month on a 20-site portfolio, based on figures reported by our larger account holders.

For landlords, letting agents and block managers specifically, our property manager account page explains the full portfolio-level terms, including named account manager, compliance calendar and zero call-out fee on scheduled PPM work. For landlords with a single investment property rather than a portfolio, see our landlord service page. PPM contracts across portfolios are priced on our PPM contracts London page.

Scheduled PPM for commercial clients

Planned preventative maintenance catches 60 to 80 per cent of what would otherwise be an emergency call-out. A grease trap emptied on the 4-weekly schedule never backs up into the kitchen. A legionella temperature log audited quarterly keeps you compliant with HSG 274 and defensible at Environmental Health inspection. A backflow prevention device tested annually is not the cause of a boil-water notice at your site.

PPM contracts start at £350 per site per month + VAT and include all scheduled work below with zero call-out fee. You pay only the fixed labour rate plus parts — the same rate as an office-hours attendance. Multi-site portfolios are priced down from this benchmark.

  • Annual water quality check and temperature monitoring logbook
  • Biannual high-pressure drain jetting for restaurant and pub kitchens
  • Monthly grease trap empty and FOG waste consignment note
  • Quarterly legionella temperature log audit under HSG 274
  • Annual backflow prevention test (double check valve and RPZ)
  • Annual commercial boiler service and CP42 certificate where applicable
  • Annual thermostatic mixing valve service on clinical and hospitality sites
  • Pre-winter lagging and frost-stat check on exposed pipework

For commercial gas appliances — commercial boilers, catering gas ranges, laundry gas dryers — see our gas safety certificate page which covers CP42 commercial certification. For statutory electrical inspection on commercial premises see our EICR London page.

Why choose us for commercial work

Every job priced in writing before the engineer starts. Whether that is a first-hour emergency rate or a £4,500 washroom refurbishment, you know the figure before you commit. No discovery charges, no end-of-job surprises, no unapproved overtime.

Areas covered — commercial plumbing across London

All 32 London boroughs and the City of London, with a 60-minute target response across zones 1-3 and 90 minutes to zones 4-6. Commercial density is highest in Westminster (hotels, restaurants, government), the City of London (financial offices, banks, livery halls), Hackney (restaurants, retail, creative studios), Southwark (Borough Market, London Bridge hotels, riverside offices), Tower Hamlets (Canary Wharf, Shoreditch bars), and Kensington and Chelsea (hotels, clinics, high-end retail).

For commercial plumbing in outer boroughs — Ealing, Croydon, Greenwich, Lewisham, Hammersmith and Fulham, Haringey, Islington, Camden, Lambeth and Wandsworth — we run the same 24/7 dispatch and monthly account structure. Outer borough response is closer to 90 minutes on emergencies due to travel distance rather than crew availability.

Service area — all London boroughs

Frequently asked questions

The 15 questions we hear most often from commercial clients opening accounts. Anything not covered, call the landline 0207 046 1363 or WhatsApp 07456 975436. For related services see our emergency plumber page and tanker services page.

What's the difference between commercial and domestic plumbing?
Commercial plumbing runs at higher mains pressure (3-5 bar versus 1-2 bar domestic), uses larger bores (32mm to 54mm common where a house runs 15mm and 22mm) and faces compliance duties domestic doesn't — BS 6700 commissioning, WRAS-approved fittings, HSG 274 legionella logs, BS EN 1717 backflow prevention at every cross-connection, and CHAS-approved contractor status for site work. Trading-hours sensitivity is the other big difference: a restaurant can't lose a Friday service the way a house can manage without a tap for a day.
Do you cover out-of-hours retail breakdowns?
Yes. Retail accounts get 24/7 dispatch on 0207 046 1363 with a 60-minute target inside zones 1-3 and 90 minutes to zones 4-6. We attend evenings, overnights, Saturdays, Sundays and bank holidays at the appropriate hourly band (£130 standard, £155 evenings and Saturdays, £195 overnight and Sundays) plus a £180 fixed-fee call-out for ad-hoc emergencies. Most retail jobs are made safe inside the first hour so the unit can open the next trading day.
Are you CHAS approved?
Yes. CHAS (Contractors Health and Safety Assessment Scheme) accreditation under the Common Assessment Standard, current certificate available on tender request. We sit on the approved contractor lists of most London principal contractors, managing agents and several borough frameworks. Site-specific RAMS, COSHH and risk assessments issued before the first attendance on any construction or fit-out site.
What insurance cover do you carry on a building?
Full £10m public liability and £10m employer's liability through a UK-authorised broker, covering all engineers, sub-contracted specialists and any damage caused by our works to the building, neighbouring units or third parties. Certificates available within the hour to your insurance broker or facilities team. Cover matches the threshold most managed-block freeholders and commercial landlords specify in their contractor approval schedules.
Can you set up an annual contract or PPM agreement?
Yes. Planned preventative maintenance (PPM) contracts start at £350 per site per month + VAT and include scheduled legionella temperature monitoring logs (HSG 274), annual TMV service, biannual drain jetting on food-service sites, annual backflow prevention testing and pre-winter frost checks. Contract terms are 12-month rolling with a 90-day exit clause. Multi-site portfolios get a named account manager and a single consolidated invoice.
Do you work with small businesses or only large companies?
Both. Our smallest account is a single café with one toilet and one sink; our largest runs 180 sites across London for a facilities management client. There is no minimum size. A three-chair hair salon in Hackney opens an account on the same terms as a 40-cover restaurant group in Soho. We price per job rather than per corporate tier, so small businesses are not cross-subsidising larger clients on every visit.
What's your commercial call-out fee?
Ad-hoc emergency call-out is £180 + VAT for the first hour, applied 24/7 with no out-of-hours premium on the call-out itself (hourly bands apply after the first hour). On a monthly account, scheduled non-emergency work has zero call-out fee — you pay only the labour rate from the minute work starts on site. Fixed-price repairs are confirmed in writing before we begin. Mains intake jobs sit on a £450-£950 + VAT band depending on bore size and excavation scope.
Can you open a monthly account for my office?
Yes. After a short Experian commercial credit check we open a 30-day account for any trading UK business. Minimum spend is £200/month + VAT. We supply account application forms that match the standard procurement process at most London agencies and SMEs. Accounts can carry purchase order and job reference fields that match your internal workflow, and we issue a single itemised invoice per month rather than multiple separate receipts to reconcile.
Do you cover weekends and bank holidays?
Yes, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year. Christmas Day, New Year's Day, Easter Monday and every other bank holiday are covered on the same landline 0207 046 1363. Sunday and bank-holiday hourly rate is £195 + VAT, evenings and Saturdays £155 + VAT, standard weekday band £130 + VAT. The on-call rota runs a reduced crew but the dispatcher answers the phone and we attend. Bank holiday response averages 75 minutes inside the M25.
Are your engineers DBS checked?
Every engineer working on school, nursery, care home, healthcare or any site specifying DBS clearance holds an enhanced DBS certificate. Certificates are re-verified every three years and copies are provided to the site manager before the first visit. For clinical and dental sites we also verify hepatitis B immunisation status for engineers working on suction and amalgam separator work.
Can you quote for a refit, extension or fit-out?
Yes. We handle small-scale commercial plumbing fit-outs end-to-end — washroom refurbishments, kitchenette installs, restaurant kitchen plumbing, hair salon basin backwashes, dental surgery pipework, Cat-A and Cat-B office refits. For larger fit-outs (over £30k plumbing scope) we provide a breakdown against the architect's drawings and coordinate with the main contractor's programme. WRAS-compliant materials, BS 6700 commissioning records and BS EN 1717 backflow prevention specified as standard.
Do you do commercial drain jetting?
Yes. We run high-pressure Jet-Vac tankers (3,000 to 4,000 psi at up to 80 litres per minute) for commercial drain cleaning. Used for restaurant grease-line clearance, blocked main sewers on retail parades, interceptor cleaning and scheduled preventative jetting on food-service sites. A waste transfer note is issued on every job and disposal is at a licensed facility. See our dedicated tanker services London page for the full tanker fleet capabilities.
What's your SLA for food-service clients (restaurants, pubs)?
For food-service account holders the SLA is 60 minutes during service hours (generally 11:00 to 23:00) and 90 minutes out of service hours. A blocked grease trap during evening service is handled as priority dispatch — we move an engineer onto the job ahead of non-urgent scheduled work. For overnight non-emergency work (grease trap empties, kitchen drain jetting) we book slots between 23:00 and 05:00 so the kitchen is ready for morning prep.
Do you provide annual compliance paperwork?
Yes. Every account receives a compliance calendar showing renewal dates for legionella temperature checks (HSG 274), backflow prevention tests, thermostatic mixing valve services, commercial gas safety (CP42 where applicable) and any site-specific annual checks. Certificates are issued same-day and stored in a shared folder structured by property, with 30-day expiry reminders emailed to the nominated compliance address. BS 6700 commissioning records held against the building file.
Can you invoice my accounts software directly (Xero, QuickBooks)?
Yes. We send PDF invoices with line-item detail, VAT, PO reference and job number structured for import into Xero, QuickBooks, Sage and FreeAgent. For Xero and QuickBooks users we can also email the invoice directly to your unique bill-forwarding address so it lands in the inbox ready for approval. Monthly consolidated invoicing is the default; weekly is available for higher-volume accounts.
