Fixed our boiler at 2am
Boiler packed in on the coldest night of January. Called at 2am expecting to be told the earliest was next morning. Engineer was with me by 3am. Diagnosed it immediately, had a part on his van, fixed it and was gone before 4am. Unbelievable service.
Not enough stars to recommend them
Not enough stars to recommend this team. Reliable, straight talking, trustworthy and not overpriced. I had given up thinking an honest plumber existed. Burst pipe at midnight, called them and within 40 minutes an engineer was at my door. Fixed everything cleanly, explained what he was doing throughout. Definitely a number to keep.
Absolutely amazing
Absolutely amazing. I cannot fault these guys. Found myself stuck with a flooding kitchen at 10pm on a Sunday. The previous plumber I called said it was not an emergency. These guys took me seriously, had someone over within the hour. Professional, polite, and 100% genuine. The price was a real shock - so much less than I expected.
Highly recommended
Highly recommended. They have turned up at all hours to perform emergency repairs and always manage to fix things neatly and swiftly. We manage a portfolio of properties and I could never fault them. I recommend to friends and tenants whenever I can.
Tom was absolutely brilliant
Tom came out to fix our central heating and knew exactly what the problem was within five minutes. Replaced the faulty pump, bled the system and checked every radiator before leaving. Very professional and friendly. Will ask for Tom specifically next time.

Prompt and efficient service. What these engineers do not know is not worth knowing. We do not use anyone else for routine checks and emergency call outs now. They have earned our trust completely.

Good service overall. Engineer arrived about 40 minutes later than the window given, but when he came he was professional and fixed the blocked drain quickly. Would use again. Just communicate better on timing.

Called in the morning, James arrived by early afternoon. Cleared the main drain blockage using high pressure jetting. Quick and efficient. Price matched the quote exactly. Good lad.
Great reliable company
Great reliable company. They came to my aid when no other 24 hour emergency plumber would even answer their phone. Very professional, reassuring in a crisis, and they keep you updated throughout. They even advised me on how to save money, which is a very rare trait.
